30 Day Photo Meme

Ganked from elrhiarhodan - this looks like a lot of fun and it will get me a jump start on all the photos that need sorting.

I'm going to bend the rules here and post random themes each day --- there are just too many photos for me to sort through so I don't know what I might run across. The photos have never been organized and need scanning into the computer and labeling, so I am just going to make things up as I go along.  Hope you enjoy the ride. And, like today I may go out and take a new photo.


Day One - Something You See Most Days

        

The joke in Minnesota is that there are two seasons - winter and road construction.

My morning commute to work is approximately 8-1/2 miles or about 13.5 kilometers. Normally the drive is 15-18 minutes. Currently my commute is taking about 25-30 minutes due to roads being closed.  About half my commute has roads closed and I need to take detours so I am traveling an extra couple of miles out of my way. I'm not sure what's going to happen next, the I take is marked for road work to began today, good thing I'm working from home today and will be out of the office tomorrow. Wednesday's commute will be interesting :-)
